Putting Lopen Eye on-line has lots of advantages:

It could be read by people who have left the village but still take an interest

Past issues could be available to view at the click of a mouse - no need to store loads of paper

This method of distributing information is the future, and is increasingly being relied on by the Government and other bodies

For the time being the Eye will be printed for every household in the village, but at some time in the future if it was put on line for those with internet access there would be additional advantages:

Saving paper - so helping the environment

Reducing costs - so bearing down on the Parish precept which is part of your Council Tax

Saving time for the volunteers who deliver the paper version.
